For long time I have held the vision of A Wee Retreat. As the idea developed and it gained more momentum and I gained more clarity the name changed numerous times and then finally A Wee Retreat was born.

I see around me a world of push and strive. We are all trying to get somewhere. Naturally we seek to live our full potential but sometimes it comes at a high price, our health and wellbeing. I am all for giving it your best and aiming high providing we have the fuel and energy to do so.

In comes A Wee Retreat. Time out just for you to rest, restore ready to rise again. To be nourished and nurtured. It’s fuel for living. Time to pause, look at where you have been and move on with renewed energy and vision.

A Wee Retreat has a distinctly Scottish flavour largely because it’s where I was born and have lived all my life and also because I am passionate about Scotland and what it has to offer. Some of the locations of the retreats have a magic of their own and the retreats are woven with the ancient Celtic wisdom of these magical lands and the comfort and sense of wellbeing that can be taken from Scotlands stunning landscapes and cosy interiors.
